At Victor Sports, we want you to perform at your peak with gear you love, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Victor Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back into their original boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5 business days.
